Preschool
This was my first week to teach preschool. I had a great time. The girls are so cute and have such fun personalities. The theme this week was “Our Five Senses.” We played lots of sensory guessing games, did art projects, and had yummy treats. Abby’s nap didn’t last through our story and song (the first 10 minutes) on day one, so I decided that from now on she can just join in the fun on the weeks that we have preschool at our house. She seemed pretty mad today when I was reading her book to everyone and not just to her, but other than that she did great.
I didn’t take many pictures (it is tricky to be the teacher and the photographer when you have six 3 and 4 year olds in the house), but here are a few:
Elise’s class - Cecily, Kylie, Megan, Natalie, Elise and Addy
Kool-Aid Watercolors - I was so relieved that we made it through this activity with no one staining their clothes!
Popcorn and “I Spy”
Elise is a bit of a perfectionist. She didn’t have enough time to finish everything during preschool, so as soon as everyone left she was back at the table gluing down any loose corners and drawing the wings on the rest of her bees.

Too Cute! hmm I wonder where she gets the perfectionistism from.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, does it? :-)
How fun! I'm going to bring my boys up as well, is that ok? :)
I loved the ideas you came up with for our sweet little preschoolers. Addy has loved every minute of preschool so far. I can't wait to teach this week. Although it will sure be hard to follow you and your awesome ideas.
