Cousin Fun: Hogle Zoo

Our first cousin play date of the summer was to go to the zoo. The weather kept changing from cold and overcast to warm and sunny all through the day. We decided to chance it and hoped that the iffy weather would keep away the crowds. It didn’t. Still, we had a fun time together. The kids’ favorite part was the bird show. It’s a good thing I nagged my sisters to make sure we were there on time.


The kids loved having their cameras. I think that between Ben and Emily, they got a picture of every animal in the zoo.
